Malad Police have apprehended a repeat offender involved in a string of thefts across western Mumbai—specifically in Malad, Borivali, Kandivali, and Dindoshi. The suspect, known for his elaborate disguises and use of masks and gloves mainly targeted housing societies located near special transport vehicles. Further investigation showed that the stolen funds were used to buy farmland in his hometown, secure property in Mumbai, and accumulate a sizeable bank balance.
